Job Description

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs
• Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
• Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Achieve client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Sales and Marketing Head
• Escalate and resolve areas of concerns from clients
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
• Any tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years job experience in Customer Support from the service industry
• Graduate of Marketing/Communication
• Must have problem solving skills and ability to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Willing to work on weekends due to the nature industry
• Must be willing to work to the Makati office regularly
