Ans: Daily if you arrange the booking earlier or ahead of time.

Ans: Yes, we use either natural or neutral chemicals that are 100% environmentally friendly.

Ans: Yes, we service both types of properties.

Ans: Yes, we curate customized packages depending on your needs.

8. How do you determine the cost of your cleaning services?

Ans: Usually, we base it on the per sqm size of the property.

9. Are your cleaners trained and experienced professionals?

Ans: Yes, we see to it that all newly hired undergo rigorous hands-on training before coming onboard.

10. What safety measures do your cleaners take while working on my premises?

Ans: By using standard safety equipment such as gloves, hairnets…etc.

11. Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies, or do you bring your own?

Ans: No, we will provide our own cleaning equipment.

12. Can I schedule cleaning services for a one-time deep/intensive cleaning?

Ans: Yes, you can.

13. What is your cancellation policy for scheduled cleaning appointments?

Ans: You can cancel your booked cleaning service at least 24hrs before the booked project. Cancelling within 24hrs before the project and a cancellation fee of 30% from the total amount will be charged.

16. What are the requirements for B2B or company discounts?

Ans: As long as you are a certified company, then you will be qualified wherein the frequency of your required project bookings will be a big factor.

17. Do you offer any discounts or promotions for recurring cleaning services?

Ans: Yes, normally for corporate accounts. We also offer this to our regular clients.

18. How long does a typical cleaning appointment take?

Ans: It really depends on the size (sqm) of the property area.

19. Can you accommodate specific time preferences for cleaning appointments?

Ans: Yes, we do morning and night schedules. Just inform us beforehand of your preferred time and date.

20. What happens if I am not satisfied with the cleaning results?

Ans: If the cleaners were not able to meet your standards as well as the SOPs of our company, you will have to inform our team before the end of the project, and they will remain in the location until your request has been sufficiently fulfilled.

21. Are there any additional services or add-ons available, such as carpet cleaning or window washing?

22. Do you offer any maintenance plans for long-term cleaning contracts?

Ans: Yes, depending on your or the client’s needs.

23. What are your branches or locations?

Ans: We have cleaning stations in Makati, Alabang, and QC. However, we can serve within the Greater Manila Area (GMA).

24. Do you do provincial areas?

Ans: Yes, we do. Please refer to item #23.

25. Who are your main clients?

Ans: We are accredited with companies such as AyalaLand, Ring Rob, EDCOP, KMC Solutions, CEMEX, Converge ICT Solutions Inc, ROMARCOM, ALEXCY, Phirst Park, TSA…etc.

26. How long have you been in the business?

Ans: More than 10 years and counting.

27. How many cleaners or staff do you have?

Ans: We have about 40 professional cleaners that are ready to serve.

28. Do you do same day bookings?

Ans: No, we can only accept project bookings at least a day before the requested cleaning service.
